Any additional project fees, including design and product sourcing fees, are clearly outlined and discussed as part of each project estimate, so you know what to expect from the start.

is priced at $85 per Professional Organizer

What is included in the Hourly rate

Included in the price are standard labels, and one donation drop off trip to Goodwill, one carload, whatever fits. Trash removal is not included in our hourly rate, however, we can handle trash removal for an additional charge, or can recommend reliable bulk trash removal companies.

Design and Products Sourcing Fee

Some organizing projects require additional planning and product sourcing depending on the scope of work, the size of the space, and the level of detail needed to create a functional finished system.

This fee covers the behind the scenes planning that helps ensure the organizing products selected are the right size, fit the space properly, support the way the space will be used, and create a cohesive finished look.

Small Projects $100 

 

For one small organizing space that only requires basic products.

 

Includes measuring the space, researching organizing products, sourcing options, planning product placement, and providing product links or purchase lists as needed.

Medium Projects $150-250

For projects that involve more than one area, multiple product categories, or more detailed planning.

Large Projects $250-500

For larger projects that involve whole home organizing, multiple product categories, and full move-in setups or more detailed and extensive product planning. This may include detailed product sourcing, ordering support, product coordination, returns, exchanges, or multiple rounds of recommendations.

Why Minimum Session Hours Are Key to Successful Organizing

Organizing and De-cluttering Services have a minimum of 5 hour sessions.

Establishing a minimum hour requirement allows us to dedicate a block of time to significantly impact your space and ensures that our organizers can make noticeable progress in every session, moving closer to a completely organized and decluttered space in a realistic timeframe.

It also means we can accomplish more in a single visit, which can potentially reduce the number of total sessions needed, saving you both time and money.​

 

For Packing and Unpacking Services we require a minimum of 8 hour sessions, this allows us sufficient time to handle your belongings carefully, ensuring their safety and proper organization in your new home.​

Time Estimation

Estimating the exact duration for organizing and decluttering projects can be challenging due to the unique nature of each space the level of clutter and the ability of each client to make decisions. We prefer to start with two professional organizers to get things done more efficiently and getting your space sorted faster. However, for some very small projects we are open to begin with a single organizer to start the transformation. Larger projects will require additional professional organizers that will be charged at current hourly rate.

Organizing Containers, Shopping and Returns

The hourly rate includes decluttering, organizing, products assembly, and basic labelling.

We offer two options for sourcing organizing products such as containers and bins:

1. The Design and Product Sourcing fee:

As outlined in the previous section, this fee is based on a three tier structure depending on the scope of the project:

• Small Projects: $100
• Medium Projects: $150–$200
• Large Projects / Multiple Spaces: $250–$500+

 

Any applicable Design & Product Sourcing Fee will be clearly outlined and discussed as part of your project estimate.

 

2. Using Our On-Hand Supplies:

We always bring basic organizing products to our sessions.

If you choose to use the organizing products that we already have available during your session, those items are billed at retail cost plus a 20% product handling fee.

 

This fee helps cover the time spent sourcing and purchasing the items, as well as gas, transportation, storage, and keeping commonly used organizing products available and ready for client projects.

 

Products and final pricing are always discussed and approved by you before being used in your space.

 

This flexible option allows us to keep the project moving efficiently without always needing a separate shopping trip, while still giving you control over which products are used in your home.
