Free Consultation

We’ll arrange a time for your free consultation, either in person, via FaceTime or Zoom, or, for smaller projects, through photos of your space. During this meeting, we’ll get personal and get to know you. An experienced professional organizer will discuss your challenges, goals, needs, and vision to begin crafting your ideal organizing solutions.

Creating a Plan

We genuinely care about your needs, and we take the time to listen to your concerns, challenges, and goals. We’ll discuss your budget, explore organizing tools like bins, dividers, and more, and, when possible, creatively repurpose items you already own. Our seasoned professional organizers will assist with researching and purchasing the proper containers, ensuring our solutions are functional and beautifully tailored to you and your family.

Book your Organizing session

Following our consultation, we will draft a contract defining the details and budget of your project. Once the contract is signed and a deposit is secured, we’ll schedule a start date and time to transform your space and streamline your daily life.

We will take everything out, sort, and categorize your belongings into sections, giving you a clear view of how many similar items you own and their condition. By grouping similar items together, you’ll quickly see where to downsize and where to make smarter storage decisions.It will get messy before it gets better,  but this is just the beginning of an incredible transformation toward a beautifully organized home!

Editing and
Decluttering Begin

In this phase, you will work side-by-side with one of our professional organizers to get rid of all the unwanted, expired, and broken items that no longer serve a purpose. Our team is here to guide you through the process with compassion, making sure you feel supported and comfortable as you let go of items that no longer serve you. Rest assured, nothing will be discarded without your consent. Items will be divided into three categories: keep, donate, discard (or recycle).

Organizing, Containing
and Labeling
Create Order

Our professional organizers will now be ready to work their magic and organize the items you love and need, leaving you with an uncluttered, organized, functional, and beautiful space. At this time, we will also incorporate customized storage solutions and create personalized labels to ensure everything has its place and is clearly marked, making the organizing process efficient, visually appealing, and tailored to your needs.​

The Process

The Consultation is Complimentary

The first step is to call or email us, the consultation is complimentary.

 

We will then set up a time for your free consultation where an experienced professional organizer will discuss with you your goals for your space and together we will tailor a solution to transform your space into a clutter free, efficient and beautiful one. We will also discuss the resources that you might need for the project and can assist you in researching or purchasing containers such as bins, drawer dividers, boxes, etc. to successfully complete your project or repurposing what you might already have. Based on this meeting, a contract will be drafted and a budget determined. With a signed contract and a retainer for our services we will schedule a start date and time to begin  your project.
